This is not a medium... Is it?

So went to DD for a cool refreshing caffeinated beverage and asked for a medium.
This is what I got. Isn't it humongous??? Or is it just me. I'm almost afraid to see what the LARGE looks like!!! (No wonder america is overweight!)

At least it will keep me refreshed for long and awake since I took one sip and got a mouthful of caffeine! Its a bit strong for me but ya know what??? I need it for my 12-hour shift that I am doing tonight!
